Brointermed lines ltd, is one of
the leading shipping lines serving North Africa from the North
Continent, UK and Mediterranean ports.
The service started from the early 80's to Libya and nowadays
Brointermed lines serves the ports of Algeria, Libya, Tunisia and
Malta on a regular basis sailing from the UK, Belgium, Holland,
Germany and Italy.
An efficient feeder system also connects Spain, France and Greece to all the Libyan destinations.
Inspite of the fact that in today's world, the majority of the cargo
is moved in containers, Brointermed lines, thanks to the multipurpose
vessels employed in the fleet, also carries general and project
cargo.
The seven owned vessels used on the service are fully equipped with
the ships crane able to lift from 70 up to 200 mtons of lifting
capacity, tween deckers and professional trained crews are able to
handle anything from one small package of 1 kilo up to heavy lifts.
Overseas connections from the Fast East, North America and the Gulf,
via our sister company Nordana Lines and also main global carriers,
grant a fast and efficient feeder service to connect north Africa
Worldwide.
In addition, the Navalmar Group, one of the leading ship owners operating
in the international market, is a 50 percent shareholder in Brointermed lines ltd.
Brointermed lines operate the service through the management of the
Hugo Trumpy Group of Genoa, via their branches in North Europe as
well as Brointermed's own European offices.
Brointermed Lines also offers space from the Mediterranean area to
North Europe for dedicated shipments of steel products, marble chips
and other commodities.
During the years Brointermed Lines have developed a network of
packing stations in all the main ports.ɔhis allows Brointermed to
meet the requirements of the main exporters supplying oil companies
in the North Africa countries. |
